I received a single glider that was already pregnant and now has 2 oops. My question is: How many times is it possible for her to get pregnant from a previous mating? I have a mate for her but I'm waiting until the joeys are 8 weeks old before I introduce them together.

[:"green"]It is possible for sugar gliders to carry joeys in their uterus in stasis for up to a year. However, any joeys that go into pouch while she is with her new mate will be accepted by him as "his". You can introduce him to her once the currently oop joeys are weaned (8-10 weeks oop).

I will be mating her with a WFB. So there really isn't anyway to know if the joeys will be his or not.
